With months of speculation, Google finally showcased the paid version of YouTube, YouTube Red. YouTube red is essentially YouTube minus the adds coated with some extra features. Vloggers possess the option to use the YouTube red, meaning that the free YouTube will also continue to exist.
YouTube Red will allow users to watch ad-free videos, download videos. In addition to that, It will include exclusive shows and movies from the big names on YouTube, such as PewDiePie, Lilly Singh and The Fine Brothers.
According to YouTube survey, 99% of its vloggers are ready to switch to YouTube red. The public release will happen on October 28 in the US at a price of $10 per month.
Along with YouTube ad free videos, it will alsoyoutub features a entirely new app called YouTube music, rest assured its not a Apple music alternative. It will features music with ads from almost all music artists and yes, for consumers it will be free!
