Starting October 5, Google's Nexus 5 , Nexus
Nexus 7 (2013 edition) , Nexus 9 and Nexus Player are getting the update over the air, delivered wirelessly. The Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P will ship with Android Marshmallow are installed. Nexus 4&10 are going to be left out.

As for now, Samsung hasn't revealed anything but we believe that the S6 edge, edge plus,note5 will definitely get the update. S5 may get too. S4,others maybe left out.
LG
While LG hasn't made a formal announcement, clues on its Korean support site point to the
LG G4 and LG G3 getting the update. There's no mention of whether or not the recently debuted LG V10 will get the update, or the older LG G2 .
